By filling out the various forms and questionnaires on our Membership or Store our members are collecting some personal information related to themselves (name-surname, company information, phone, address or e-mail addresses) by our store.

The copyright on all original/custom artwork, maps, navigation elements, presentation methods and design elements included in our web sites is held exclusively by Yesido Travel.
Photographic images are reproduced with the permission of YESIDO and the product and/or service providers represented on the web site, or as shown where necessary to satisfy the copyright obligations associated with their electronic reproduction.
Where joint copyright is held over proprietary text or images, YESIDO reserves the right to pursue all copyright infringements on behalf of the primary copyright holder. All HTML files used in YESIDO TRAVEL web sites are declared to be proprietary software product developed for use by YESIDO only, and as such are subject to international intellectual property conventions.
Yesido Travel Limited Company, trading under its subsidiary business names, is a member of Association of Turkish Travel agencies.

Yesido aim is to operate all tours as advertised accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or its contents due to prevailing local conditions or any other reason.
Yesido reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities, accommodations, services or prices described in our brochure or online and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value or charge a supplement locally if alternative arrangements cannot be made, without compensation to the Client and accepts no liability to the Client whatsoever for costs or loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes.
Where a major change is made prior to departure, the Client will have the choice of either: accepting another tour of equivalent or superior standard; or a choice of specified travel arrangements of a lower standard to those previously booked together with a refund of the difference in price; or canceling the tour and obtaining a full refund.
The definition of the “major change” is a change that is reasonably required but will depend on the individual tour and circumstances.
Service Contract
Definitions In these conditions of contract: “Yesido” means Yesido Travel Trade Limited Company, with its principal office at: Hacet Mahallesi, Alaiye Caddesi 62/1 07400 Alanya/Turkey
“Customer” means any person, firm or company with whom Yesido contracts for the provision of Arrangement Services by Yesido or with whom Yesido contracts, as agent for a Third Party Supplier for the provision of Travel Services.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all data supplied to Yesido or any Third Party Suppliers including without limitation any information entered using the Online Booking Services. In the event that such information is found to be incorrect additional costs may apply to correct such data. Details of such additional costs are available upon request.
The Customer acknowledges that the Travel Services may be subject to cancellation by the Third Party Supplier without prior notice. The Customer is responsible for checking and complying with the specific change or cancellation terms for the Customer’s bookings.
Credits or refunds (if any) for Travel Services not used may only be issued upon the return of all the relevant documentation relating to the Travel Service concerned and are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Third Party Supplier.
