Over four days and three nights, we embarked on a journey that perfectly blended nature, culture, and community. From the moment we arrived at Rize Airport to our stay at the charming Suvand House Hotel, every experience left an indelible mark on our hearts.

Immersing in the Charm of Rize

Our adventure began with a warm welcome at Rize Airport, followed by a mouthwatering coastal breakfast featuring local delicacies. Energized and excited, we headed to Fındıklı Çağlayan Abu Village. Surrounded by scenic tea and hazelnut fields, this picturesque village showcased the region’s history with its century-old houses.

After immersing ourselves in the village’s charm, we checked into Suvand House, a hotel that felt like a natural extension of the landscape with its cozy, wooden design. Here, the group bonded over delightful meals and cheerful conversations, setting the tone for the days ahead.

On the second day, we ventured into the Tar Deresi Nature Park. A serene 5 km snowy trail led us to a stunning waterfall, where the untouched beauty left us speechless. Later, we explored the snow-blanketed Ayder Plateau, capturing unforgettable moments before returning to the hotel for a fun-filled evening of laughter and games.

Day three took us to the iconic Zil Kale and Çat Village, where the kids reveled in snowball fights, sledding, and building snowmen. The stunning visuals of icy rivers and historic stone bridges added a touch of magic to our day.
